Honestly, I could gush for a while longer but I'm just going to say that you definitely need to read this one!! Bri was an awesome character and I loved her strength and sense of self, despite all that happened to her. And Trevor? Totally beyond yummy :) I loved the setting of this novel, all the complexities of the different families, how they've dealt with loss and grief, and basically how real it all felt. I read and reviewed Waibel's first book in the Princess of Valendria series, QUEST OF THE HART here, which was an awesome book! And honestly, CHARMED MEMORIES was even better :) I love watching an author grow and their world become even more detailed and nuanced throughout a series, and CM definitely did that.
